At CozySocks™, orders are carefully processed in the order they are received. Due to high demand, please allow the following timeframes.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 10–12 business days. This includes preparing and packing your order before dispatch.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take 6–8 business days.

Estimated Delivery

The total estimated delivery time is 16–20 business days from the date you place your order. Processing and shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
